Step 2: Tax information
Opus 26 hires musicians as independent contractors. We need a completed Form W-9 before issuing payment.
Step 3: Get paid
Opus 26 can pay musicians electronically through US Bank ACH or by paper check.
Direct deposit requires your bank routing and account number. Banking information is collected securely and used only to establish payment.
